Three Gites - La Buse, Le Faucon and Le Hibou


La Buse

La Buse: This cosy holiday home has its own private covered terrace surrounded by trees and shrubs, with lighting, BBQ, tables and chairs. There are two bedrooms; one double and one with three single beds, one of which is placed in a raised niche with a loopholed window that is ideal for children. The open plan living room has exposed beams and satellite TV. The sitting area includes a bed settee that can sleep two people (but please note that the maximum occupancy for Le Faucon is 5 people). The rustic kitchen contains all necessary utensils and microwave. There are two WCs, as well as a small room that provides storage space and ironing facilities. The washing machine, , additional freezer and fridge, leisure and recreational items are located in the barn that stands between La Buse and Le Faucon.

General: 75 m² total floor area, linen provided, towels provided (at small extra charge).

Living / Family room: Sofabed, comfy seating for 5 people.

Dining room: Child's highchair, dining area, eating seating for 5 people.

Kitchen: 4 ring stove, freezer (shared in barn), fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine (shared in barn).

Bedrooms: 1 double, 1 room with 3 single beds, travel cot, sleeps a maximum of 5 people.

Bathroom: 1 shower room/WC, 1 WC.

Outside: Barbecue, garden, parking, swimming pool, terrace, garden chairs, table tennis, badminton, sun loungers, boules pitch

Entertainment: Audio tape player, cd, Satellite TV, DVD player.

Le Faucon


Le Faucon: This tranquil gite has its own private garden surrounded by hedges and shrubs, with its own covered terrace, garden furniture and BBQ. The house has two spacious bedrooms; one double and one with three single beds. The open planned living room incorporates a dining area capable of seating all 5 guests, and a sitting area that has a bed settee that can sleep two (but please note that the maximum capacity rests at 5 people) and satellite TV.
The kitchen has all necessary facilities as well as a microwave. The washing machine, additional freezer and fridge, leisure and recreational items are located in the barn that stands between this property and La Buse.

Le Hibou

Le Hibou: A spacious house with bright rooms. It has its own large, mature and intimate garden, a covered terrace with an idyllic view, table and chairs, and BBQ. It has a wealth of exposed beams and natural stone walls. There are 3 bedrooms; one with double bed and a single bed, and has double doors leading to a balcony with panoramic views, one with double bed and one with two single bunk beds. The homely living room features a wood burning stove, Satellite TV (with DVD) and library.
The large and bright kitchen is fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge; and there is a separate dining room which also gives access to the covered terrace. There is central heating throughout.

General: 116m² total floor area, central heating, linen provided, towels provided (at small extra charge).

Living / Family room: Wood burning stove, comfy seating.

Dining room: Child's highchair, dining area, eating seating for 6/7 people.

Kitchen: 4 ring stove, freezer, fridge, grill, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine.

Bedrooms: 2 doubles (one with extra single bed), 1 bunks, travel cot, sleeps a maximum of 7 people.

Bathroom: 1 bathroom.

Outside: Barbecue, garden, parking, swimming pool, terrace, garden chairs, table tennis, badminton, sun loungers, boules pitch.

A security deposit of 250 Euro or £175 is payable with the balance and will be returned within 2weeks of your return, subject to any deductions.
Water and electricity costs are included within the rental charge. Heating can be provided during the winter, but will be charged according
to the type of fuel used and the amount consumed.
Because of the secluded nature of the site, guests are recommended to be in possession of their own transport.
