Frequently asked questions.

Is there a minimum rental period?
Minimum stay at Les Rapaces is normally 1 week. However, out of the summer season we can be flexible. Please enquire and we will let you know.

For longer term out of season rental please visit our Long Term Lets page.

Can I book for example Tuesday - Tuesday or must it be Saturday - Saturday?
We realise that best value flights are not always available at weekends, so we are very flexible. If the gite is free for the days that you would like outside July and August, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please contact us to find out.

How much is the gite on a weekly basis?
The prices vary slightly throughout the year, clicking this button takes you directly to the page with this information

How can I pay?
We accept payment by sterling cheque, euro cheque (drawn on an Euro account), direct bank transfer* or secure online payment by Paypal*.* Please enquire about these payment methods.

When do I pay?
Normally we ask that you send a 30% non refundable deposit to secure your booking, followed by the balance 8 weeks before your arrival. However we realise that sometimes time does not allow for this if for example make a late booking. In this case the full balance would be payable at the time of the booking. We can confirm payment arrangements when you make a booking.

How do I make a booking?
Simply go to the booking form page or click the button and complete the form, click submit and we automatically receive the form within seconds via e-mail. We always answer enquiries within 12 hours, and never share your information with any third parties.

I stayed with you previously, do I get a discount if I book again?
As a previous guest at Les Rapaces, we are pleased to be able to offer you a discount of 10% from the rental if you book with us again.

What time can I take occupancy at your gite?
Normally we ask that you arrive after 4 p.m. in the afternoon, and leave at or before 10.00 a.m. on your day of departure. Please do not arrive before 4pm as your gîte will not be available and you may not be able to leave your luggage.
